Between 2006 and 2013, I organized various intimate pop-up farm to table dinners at Oz Farm in rural Mendocino County. Each dinner featured a notable chef, such as Leif Hedendal. All ingredients and proteins were locally sourced, mostly from Oz Farm or the neighboring farms and ranches. Bands often played including Waters. The guest lists were put together to bring artists, makers and patrons of the arts together.
