As the creative director of Numbers, for Edition 4, I curated a group of eight exciting young artists who all exist within or around the periphery of DIY publishing. I worked with each artist, as art director, to create unique board graphics (both top and bottom). The idea of this series was essentially a ‘group show’ where each work would speak to the others. To reinforce the concept of the DIY publishing, a limited edition offset printed zine featuring the work of each artist, was included with each board.
Participating artists: Sonya Sombreuil (Cometees), B Thom Stevenson, Robert Beatty, Sam Ryser, Eugene Terry, Hassan Rahim, Aaron Elvis Jupin and Francesco Igory Deiana.
